Ceyl’s artistry started as a child with drawing and painting, this continued all the way up through High School. Ceyl graduated from Northeast High School in Philadelphia, PA with a major in art and immediately pursued a career in cosmetics. Now, with over 25 years in the industry her specialties include retail cosmetics, skincare, cosmetic applications and special occasion makeovers.
Today, Ceyl lives outside of Philadelphia and continues to grow C.C. Cosmetics by blending her love of art and making people beautiful. She has an undying passion for her work and it shows with each clients smile as they reflect in the mirror.
